Not having shipped an auto before, I read their reviews and researched the different companies. Mercury Auto and my agent, Jake Horner, lived up to the reviews on their site. Jake texted me every morning to update me and June kept in touch with me on the pick-up and delivery of the vehicle. It was an easy process with their guidance.
