I have used Mercury Auto Transport to ship my SUV from NY to FL. in August of 2021. Jason Ladd was a logistics agent and he was great! Pros: Communication is second to none. Emails, texts, phone calls are returned/answered/replied within minutes. Explanation, every little detail, how the process works, what to expect, how to prepare, etc.. Facilitating vehicle pick up with the carrier, making sure the car was promptly picked up on the scheduled day and time.. The car was delivered without any problems, by the carrier on the scheduled date in FL. Cons: There is only one con. The original price I was given was $915. On the day of the pick up the price went up to $1,195. Of course I had to agree as I needed to have my vehicle picked up and shipped. The explanation was that due to very shipping traffic from NY to FL , very few carriers were available to pick up the vehicle and the carries raised the price.. In all fairness, a lot of people are moving nowadays and prices are going up Would I use Mercury Auto Transport in the future? - not sure, but, I probably would, however, I'll be honest that raising the price by almost $ 300 on the day of the pickup, left a bad aftertaste of this transaction, which otherwise would have been perfect
