I used Mercury Auto Transport to ship a car from California to Pennsylvania. It was my first time shipping a car and I was a bit nervous about doing it. Deb Ciriello made sure to explain the process and what to expect. She kept in touch during the whole process and answered any questions I had. The actual price did end up being slightly higher than quoted but I expected it with the demand and route. The reason I selected Mercury Auto Transport was because of the information they provided to educate me on the process. They were upfront and didn't hide anything. I would definitely use them again. Ask for Deb Ciriello...she was great!
