We hired Mercury to ship a Jeep Wrangler half way across the country. We had no clue what we were doing, as we'd never shipped a vehicle before, and everyone at Mercury was more than patient and took the time to explain everything in as much detail and with as much frequency as we could want. The quote they gave was very close to the actual cost (I believe within $50). I would definitely use Mercury again and would recommend it to my family.
