I was apprehensive about having my Sportage moved cross country and Jack Horner completely dispelled my worries. He is a splendid example of a customer service representative for his company. Jack contacted me about my vehicle without my requiring an update. When I did contact him he responded immediately and followed up in a most expeditious manner. My SUV arrived with no worries attached. Jack Horner is the person I recommend and who I would contact should I ever need this type of service again. Thank you Jack.
