Hi Maxine,
I am sorry that there were damages to your vehicle. We had our Claims Manager Minta reach out to you back when this first occurred to assist you but she never heard back from you regarding this so we assumed at that time that the carrier was working with you to resolve the damages and that was confirmed to us when you and the carrier provided us your damage claim number and said everything was being processed.
Unfortunately since we do not work at the carriers insurance company we are not sure exactly what their full process for filing a claim entails or exactly why your claim was denied by them.
We do agree that the carrier not cooperating with you to resolve this after your denied claim is completely unacceptable and I will be speaking with the manager over at "Busy Hands Global" today and be discussing with them if continuing to use them to transport our customer's vehicles after this is still within our company's best interest.
