This is the 3rd time I’ve used Mercury and will continue to use them. We relocated from CT to TX and are always shipping vehicles back and forth since we still have family back in CT. Jim Gozde and June Carroll followed up with me weekly with updates on locating a carrier as well as fees to be expected. I cannot street how effective and efficient, AND thorough the communication was!!!! The carrier that has transported our vehicles has also ALWAYS been amazing!!! Arriving when promised or sometimes even earlier and with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Our vehicles have never been damaged in transport and the process for checking the vehicle before and after is of the utmost importance. Thank you so much for all the excellent service you’ve given us. We will be contacting you in a few months for another transport.
