Extremely satisfied with Mr. John Garcia at mercury auto transport. His customer service is top professional, still human and funny with much respect., very kind and attentive to my needs. Affordable price and even gave me an extra discount. Explain the process from start to begining and was available to all my questions. Service is outstanding. Mercury, no doubt John Garcia is an asset to your company. The company that they used to transport my vehicle was northeast hauling driver Julio was friendly and always in contact with me from the pick up of my vehicle to the drop off following with pictures and text. Definitely I have more car to transport to Puerto Rico from my family and will refer to friends with no doubt. Thank you for your excellent service.
