Pauls and mercury'[s transparancy is much appreciated. it's a bit of a crazy and regulated industry. There are plenty of places to be unsure and decisions can be difficult to make. i found their management of my expectations and transparancy of the process to make the whole cross country ship far less worrisome and anxious as it could have been. they told me what i needed to know, what i could expect each step of the way and everything turned out as promised. i recommend them thanks to paul@ mercury
