First experience was very stressful. Millions of texts and calls from other brokers. Jake sent me an insider understanding of how the industry works. Buyers beware! Mercy was professional and worked to find carrier. My delivery was delayed because bid was below prevailing rates. When I I agreed to pay more, transport was dispatched almost immediately. Thanks Jake and Mercury staff.
