I was looking to ship by Daughter's truck to Florida for her second semester of College. I received many quotes from brokers but I liked the way Joe Kelly from Mercury Auto responded. He sent me a few emails one with a quote and one with some additional information I should know. He called me once to make sure I was good with everything he sent. Joe was not pushy and understood my time frame. He didn't do the hard sell and said he was there if I needed anyting. About a month later I reached out to him and told him I was ready to act, during this month I must have received 30 emails and 20 calls from other brokers sometimes calling 2-3 times a day, but not Joe. Within 2 days of signing the contract with Joe Kelly and Mercury Auto they had a carrier assigned and a scheduled pick up date 2 days from then, within 4 days of the signing the car was picked up and on it's way. Joe followed up with me till the time the truck was received in Florida, I would recommend Joe and Mercury for your Transport needs.
