Needing to ship my Highlander from Florida to Indiana with no experience in the shipping industry, I felt lost and intimated. I went to the internet, enquired about shipping my vehicle, 13 responses. Eric La Gra of Mercury Auto Transport responded with a very informative email that did instill my confidence in someone that would honestly help a novice. I called Eric, he answered on the 2nd ring. It only got better from there. He was cordial, answered all my questions, suggest a fair ($675). I gave him my approval to find a shipper. He called back 2 hours later, found a transporter for $575 (all inclusive), pickup the next day. 2 days later the Highlander was unloaded in Indiana. I was pleased when Eric followed up to make sure all went well. I was surprised when June Carroll Mercury Fullfilment Department also followed up inquiring about by satisfaction. Thanks Eric and Mercury Auto Transport for a job WELL DONE!! Dwayne Garrett
