I signed on with a different transport company last April and heard nothing back for months. When I inquired about status, they came back with astronomical offers. I switched to Mercury and spoke with a very pleasant, Deb Ciriello. She had a reasonable offer the very next day! Vehicle was shipped from CA to MA, without incident. Driver was very accommodating. I would recommend using Deb.
