Jason Ladd was my agent at Mercury Transport. He did a great job. He was friendly, informative & explained alot of the industry workings in general. I had no idea of how the system worked so his info was helpful. My transport had a tight timeline around the holidays, but Jason quickly found a driver & a schedule that met my needs. His quote was very accurate too & there were no hidden costs that popped up later. The driver we got was very communicative on when he would arrive. He was on time & the load up was quick. The big bonus, aside from the price, which was VERY reasonable, was that our car was delivered early! It was a very good experience for someone who had no clue about automotive transport. Mercury & Jason Ladd are professional, honest, & reliable. I highly recommend them.
