Mercury Auto Transport is the best company to use if you need to ship your car. Jay Romero was helpful and responsive, and got me a fair price for shipping multiple cars at once. I have shipped vehicles 3 previous times using other brokers/companies. Only 1 of those 3 times was a smooth experience, and the other 2 were simply a nightmare. I actually received a quote from Jay at Mercury one month prior to this experience, as my wife was moving first to start a new job. We made the mistake of using a different broker to ship her car, and it was a terrible experience with no-show/delayed carrier pickups and damage to the vehicle. But Jay found a carrier within 24 hours who showed up on time and on budget. All 3 cars arrived slightly ahead of schedule and with no damage. I recommend Jay and Mercury to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
