I had never needed to use a service like this before. With the pandemic this year I was in a jam and needed to move a vehicle. I went on a website that lead me to Mercury. Jason Ladd contacted me right away and explained the industry and how the service worked. The price seemed extremely fair and Jason started working for me right away. Within an hour we had a carrier and a pickup date. Jason followed up with me daily to make sure the carrier had contacted me and was keeping me in the loop on where they were with my vehicle. Jason and his entire team were wonderful to work with and I will use this company anytime I need to move vehicles between MA and Florida. Thanks again, Patrick
