Over all the service was good , I did feel that a lot of the text messages and emails that I received were auto generated and not specifically to me , generally the daily updates are generic , they don’t actually apply to you , they say “we’re working on your transport” . anyway , Pete Reynolds was my contact person and was very easy to talk to , and was helpful .. Personally I would have liked a more personal approach to updates and contact .. I don’t need to have my hand held the whole way , but when you are dealing with a large value wether it’s personal or whatever , it’s a bit unnerving to just “trust “ that it’s being handled... with out having some one to get ahold of and answer specific questions in a timely manner . Over all the process was good .
