I contacted Trevor Thomas with Mercury Auto Transport, who was highly recommended by a friend. From the first phone call, Trevor was professional and friendly - never pushy or impatient. He assured me that he would take good care of my car transport needs when I was ready. Once I knew the date of my move, he stayed in contact throughout the whole process. He let me know that I did not have to accept the first bid that came along - he made sure I was comfortable with my choices. Once we had a confirmed carrier, Trevor and his team provided a detailed, yet simple contract. He provided regular updates and his personal cell phone number in case I had any questions. The price and timeframe was just as he promised. My car was delivered across the country in 3 days and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Trevor Thomas and the Mercury Auto Transport team.
