Hi Steve,
We're so sorry to hear that your transport went this way. Although delays within the transport industry are common, the amount of time you waited for your carrier to pick up and deliver your vehicle is absolutely unacceptable. We 100% agree with that. And because of the recent events surrounding your order with us we have since stopped working with the carrier that was assigned to your transport and will not be continuing to do business with them from this point forward.
