I was pleased with Mercury and Jim Gozde. I have been using transporters for several years. Jim's service was definitely a step above. His continuous efforts to stay in touch and to keep me apprised of status were appreciated. I would also acknowledge the driver, Pedro DaSilva from Freedom Transportation. He was also responsive and definitely delivered on his estimated arrivals both in NJ and to the California final destination.
