As the title says, this is the first time that I've had a vehicle transported. It can be a confusing ordeal. The main reason why I decided to go with Mercury Auto Transport was because of Trevor Thomas. Trevor sent me several emails that explained the process and important tips to consider when choosing the broker. Trevor was always a phone call or text message away and always answered or texted me right back! Once the process of actually getting the vehicle loaded on a transport began, again, Trevor kept me updated. If the need to transport ever comes up again, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Trevor directly.
