when looking to ship a car I ended up getting spammed with so many text messages, emails, phone calls. Prices were all over the map. Finding reviews was hard, getting information was hard. Working with Deb at Mercury who was willing to explain everything to me, answer all my silly questions, and give me time to make a decision.
In truth, you could pay a high price and be guaranteed a delivery at that price, or you could pay a fair price which is impossible to quote until a week or so prior when carriers are planning their routes.
When I had questions, Deb was always there. Once I was scheduled, she and her company followed up regularly.
