From start to finish, mercury provided a solid service, even with all this overblown covid crap. Carol took good care of me and provided a great rate, and did not require a deposit until they secured a driver. My vehicle was picked up without any headache and was actually dropped off 2 days earlier than expected. The driver was professional, and notified me the night before the drop off and when they were an hour away. Im in the military and ship my vehicle every time PCS to a new duty station. I will be using Mercury for the rest of my career. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!
