Joe Kelly & June (Assist) with Mercury Auto gave me the most reassurance needed on a daily basis. I had gone with another carrier at first, they didn't give the service level they "PROMISED" and I had to spend more money in changing my flight plans because my car didn't shipped. Joe Kelly, however communicated "DAILY" reassuring me my car will be picked up and delivered with great service. I couldn't be more pleased with Joe and his team, I have used Mercury 5 times now. So Joe but let's hope I stay in FL this time and not return to cold weather in CHGO. I will always refer anyone to use Mercury. Oh and did I mention not only was the service exceptional but so was the pricing. Great Job! Patty
