I am absolutely and most definitely DELIGHTED with Joe Kelly from Mercury and his expertise and needed insights when it came to transporting my SUV from Florida to Wisconsin. Joe Kelly did two real important things that convinced me to use Mercury. First of all he sent a very well written clarifying email pertaining to the process. I needed that insight so I could know what to expect. Then I called him and I LISTENED to him. He knew what he was talking about and let me know that getting a vehicle into a more remote area of Wisconsin could take a little longer than moving it to a major metropolitan area. This made sense to me. I could understand that. I must admit that the senior discount for me was an added perk and I am glad I asked and got it. I was delighted when he called me 30 minutes later to let me know he could get the car that same day and it would be delivered in a timely manner to its destination. It all worked out well...the car is where is needs to be. We are all very pleased. My advice would be to TALK WITH HIM PERSONALLY. So much was clarified with the discussion.
