When I started looking to have our trailer transported I called several companies. Scott at Mercury told me, even if I didn't use them, there were 4 questions he wanted me to ask the transporter that were VERY helpful. He followed up a day later, on a Sunday afternoon! and their price was competitive with the rest of the transporters and after asking the other transporters the questions, I went with Scott at Mercury Transport. A day later I was contacted by Matthew who was very polite and VERY on top of things. He got me a transporter a day later!! I wanted the trailer by June 1, but got it delivered by today, just in time for Memorial Day weekend for a trial run!! The driver called us twice to keep us informed of his drive time and delivery status and when he showed up this morning, was a really nice guy!! Had a great experience and would recommend this company to ANYONE!!!
