I used Mercury to ship my vehicle for a move to Hawaii. My agent was Joel Licata. Throughout the process he was helpful, courteous, and responsive to my questions. Overall I was pleased with Mercury's customer service and would use them again to ship a vehicle. The only thing that caught me off guard, but was outside of their control, is a change in price of the company they use to ship across seas resulting in $100 higher than I was originally quoted.
