Mercury shipped the Honda Pilot I inherited from St. Louis to my doorstep in Central California. I'd never had a vehicle shipped across the country and was slightly apprehensive about the whole deal but their salesperson, Lily, made the experience easy and painless and the car arrived on time without a scratch on it.
