I worked with Carlos Robles in getting my car shipped from NYC during the COVID-19 pandemic. Very thankful that these guys were still working! He was very thorough with any questions I had during the process and connected me with a great driver. He kept me updated during the entire process up to the arrival of the driver, and could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Carlos and Mercury Auto!
