Charlie Steeves was the broker that I dealt with in the transport. He was excellent. Being the first time, I was very nervous and called him several times about the pick up and contact with the driver. He was always reassuring and kept in touch either through email or phone. The transport driver was also great. I will also contact Charlie when going home.
