This is my first time ever transporting a vehicle, and I entered the bewildering world of auto transport, getting inundated with phone calls, emails, and text messages from a myriad of companies. Eric at Mercury was the most honest and transparent about the process in his emails, so I trusted him. He was extremely professional, honest, and got me the best price and a literal overnight transport. All brokers use the same board to find a driver, so it can go good or bad depending how and who they choose for your transport. Everything was top notch with my experience, and if I ever do it again, I will definitely be calling Eric at Mercury.
