Twice this year Jim came thru on delivery for us, 1st from LA the 2nd from Tampa and both were super fast and a considerably better value than other transport companies. The last vehicle pickup was consistently delayed by seller requiring Jim to cancel and reschedule multiple times- he not only never got mad or put off but was in fact a comfort to me, letting me know that he had experienced this before and it was nothing for me to be worried about. He’s cool, calm and confident under pressure and that’s why we went with Mercury transport, Jims honesty, integrity and experience sets him apart from allot of the quick buck brokers,... he’s in it for the long haul and delivered early on both our vehicles.
