Poor communication and customer service

I wish I could screenshot the unprofessional and nasty comments from Pete Reynolds. He quoted me 350 and I gave him plenty of notice to help find a carrier. After a week of piss poor communication he calls at the last minute with an automated response stating that I should pay him a deposit of like 200 and I need to increase the amount to ship my car to like 500. I have shipped cars before and never had to pay anything before a driver is locked on. In fact you pay the driver cash on delivery. This guy is a scam. Everyone else responds in a timely manner and keeps you posted, not this guy.
