I originally hired a low quote carrier to transport a new 2019 Volkswagen that I purchased on line, from Indiana to North. Carolina. After 2 weeks of NO communication from that carrier, I called Jeff Solomon at Mercury. Jeff explained the process in detail. Jeff then called back the same day with the name of the trucking company that would deliver the VW. The car arrived in less than 24 hours, 500 miles to my location. Great communication, great delivery, great company!
