Hi Christopher, I know that we have already spoken on the phone about this, we are sorry to hear about your experience with this carrier, and are already in the process of working with you towards repairing the damage to your vehicle. I have already sent you an email with all the information you should need for this and am waiting on a reply from you with some information that that we can continue to move forward with this, I will be looking out for your reply.
