Kat was great in reassuring me that my car would get to AZ for our vacation. Through no fault of Mercury, the transporter canceled out on us the day before pickup. Kat arranged for another carrier within the hour and they even refunded the $17.50 it cost me to overnight the check to my pick-up person. Mercury was very competitive in the price of shipping our car.
