I had been shopping cars around the southeast and had communicated with Jim Gozde at Mercury. Jim made sure I understood the process and the steps for transporting a car. I found the pricing very reasonable, the paperwork easy, and then Jim made certain I was kept updated as arrangements were finalized and the car was picked up, and its ETA. It was a big relief, and was so simple I would use them again as opposed to spending hours traveling round trip.
