Hi Gary, we are sorry to hear that your experience with us did not go as you had hoped. in regards to our contract it does state that all customers are entitled to refunds prior to their car being Dispatched to a carrier, but Not prior to it being picked-up by the carrier. I am sorry if there was any confusion regarding that in the contract and apologize for any misunderstanding. Your car was dispatched to a carrier before your order with us was cancelled. It was also not disclosed to us by you that Your vehicle unfortunately had a non-working hand break which meant the vehicle could not be shipped in the same way we originally anticipated as Inoperable vehicles have different requirements for shipping than operable ones. Had we known this was the case from the start we would have been able to better assist you. We are sorry for any inconvenience this transport may have caused you.
