My elderly parents broke down during a trip to Florida and their car had to be taken to a dealership for major work. The last thing I wanted was for them to drive 500 miles just to pick up their car and drive it back. I received a lot of quotes from more than a dozen companies. The quote from Mercury was among the lowest so I decided to give them a shot. In the back of my mind when I called Juan was that the price would be too good to be true and that extra charges would be added on at the last minute. But, the only surprise was that there was no surprise! The car was picked up on time, transported in the time allotted, and dropped off on time for no increase in the rate. This could not have been any easier.
