Charlie Steeves did a great job finding a transporter quickly and economically. The pickup went smoothly and delivery several days later was just as good. Despite cold and rain, we got our car in good, undamaged condition. It was extremely dirty but I guess after driving through 4 states with intermittent rain that could be expected. The transporter was courteous and competent, although communication was a bit lacking. We had to call him to see if/when he was arriving as expected but it all worked out in the end.

We will definitely use Mercury and Charlie with our future vehicle moves.
