As with most people venturing down the Auto Transport road - this was not something that had ever done before and it came in the midst of a stressful crazy move. Of course we received a dozen quotes, calls and numerous texts from various other companies, but after diligent research of reviews, we decided on Mercury Auto Transport. AJ Dukes had reached out to me to explain the process and immediately I felt a sense of confidence in his ability to maneuver us through the process. AJ continued to provide stellar service with immediate responses to questions, even after hours. He walked us through all the documentation, the process with the carrier selection and made himself completely available to us during the entire process. The carrier selected to transport the vehicle was awesome as well. Marcus was extremely pleasant, and again, communicated via cell phone and email to answer my questions quickly. The whole turnaround was only 24 hours - and mind you this was a stellar level of service while our state of Florida and this business was dealing with Hurricane Irma!. I highly recommend Mercury AutoTransport and ask for AJ!
