My parents moved to CA, but did not want to leave their [beloved] Toyota Camry behind. I chose Mercury Transport because of their high customer service ratings - I did not know much about transporting vehicles and what it entails. Jim Gozde was very helpful explaining the process to me, and worked with me every step of the way to find the carrier at the price range and time schedule we asked for. My parents were understandably nervous all during this process, but could not be happier when they received the phone call from the carrier to let them know their car has arrived - more than 24 hours earlier than promised!! The driver was very courteous and helpful going over their paperwork at the delivery.

They asked that I thank Jim at my earliest opportunity for the great job he did for us during this entire process. So, thank you, Jim!! From my parents, and especially from me. You made it easy for me to keep my promise to parents that their car is in good hands
