I used Mercury for 2 vehicles in 2012. I decided to contact them again in 2016 for another vehicle. They were able to find a carrier in 2 hours and the car was picked up the same day as my call. Since I didn't review them in 2012: they knew that my car with low ground clearance needed a closed carrier. For 2016, the driver was a few hours late picking up and dropping off, but they kept in touch and I knew they would deliver the car as promised. I called on 12/21/16 at 9 am Mountain time. At 11 am, they called back with someone that wanted to pickup the same day and drop off on 12/23. I was surprised because of the dates. The requested pickup time was 4-6, but they arrived around 9. The drop off time was estimated around 6 pm, but they arrived after 10 pm. The exterior was extremely dirty from the road spray, but after a wash, it was fine. Not a big deal. The interior was clean.
