Roman was helpful in putting my fears at bay as this was my first time shipping my vehicle. He did not pressure me and encouraged me to shop around- at the end of the day, he was able to find me the best price with a reliable transporter. I was worried about delays transporting between Christmas and New Years. The driver picked up and dropped off within the designated window and made sure to contact me 24 hours before each event.
