I had no difficulties with my transport. The was done by the driver without me being present. He was reliable in his delivery on the date promised and he called me a few hours in advance. By the time I got to the pick up spot the car was off the transport and ready to go. Brian was polite and respectfully and a joy to work with. Jeff set everything up and I was able to call him and he provided all the details. This was my first time using Mercury and I will use them again to ship my car back to New York.
