This was my first experience transporting a vehicle, and I was very apprehensive as I had heard many horror stories from friends who had had delays, cars damaged during transport, things stolen from the car, etc. I had obtained many quotes, but didn't really know much about the various companies. I was about to use another company when I received a follow up call from Scott regarding Mercury's quote. He answered all of my many questions, and told me about the Transport Review website. When I checked on the company I had been about to use, I discovered that they had a 1 star rating with multiple reports of all of the things I was concerned about. I ultimately chose Mercury, and am happy to say I made the right choice. Mercury's was the least expensive quote I received - $650 from Chicago to Sarasota - and my car was picked up and delivered on the days promised and arrived in perfect condition. I was extremely pleased with this company in all respects, and would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks, Mercury!
