Hi Mandi,
Sorry to hear the selected carrier wasn't able to be more accommodating. Per your contract it was a Friday-Saturday pick-up depending on traffic and weather loading , and unloading. I am glad to see they did pick-up in the window they agreed too and delivered early In the same condition as when it was released. We are sorry we did not meet or beet your expectations. We try very hard to accommodate everyone, and keep things as simple as possible .
