Car was picked up quickly. The delivery date that I was given didn't pan out, BUT, both Michael and the Trucking company were apologetic and kind. They gave me a partial refund. When I had trouble getting it, Michael jumped in and made it happen. Sometimes you get to know a company not when all goes right, but when something goes wrong. I learned that Michael at Mercury did in fact act as my representative and looked out for my best interests. Everyone at both Mercury and the trucking company were professional and cordial. When my Daughter's car needs to return from New York, we will be calling Michael. And I already referred my Sister to Michael. Her Son's car was picked up and delivered in textbook fashion.
