I have used Mercury several times , and every time things have gone smooth. A few hiccups here and there, but nothing out of the norm . We had a late pick-up , but the driver communicated the delay . We had a extra car so this didn't hurt us. Our other 2 times shipping things went perfect . I would recommend them as they do a good job, and charge a reasonable broker fee compared to some. They get the job done!
