We are very sorry for the issues with your transport. We have refunded the deposit to your account. The carrier we had scheduled had issues with his hydraulics on his truck , and was not able to make the pick-up as promised. We work very hard for our reviews and our customer..Unfortunately mechanical issues do happen from time to time and can cause delays and headaches for everyone. Douglas was out of the office due to a family emergency , but someone is always here to answer calls and questions.
